Payment Options / Shipping and Handling

Due to large increases in online sales, we only offer sale of our product via the online store. At this time we will not accept mail in orders, email orders, or phone orders. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause

For online orders we accept credit cards with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover logo.  If your credit card is declined we will contact you.  If any order remains unpaid for longer than 7 business days, it will be considered unwanted and we reserve the right to terminate the order.

We only ship in Canada via Canada Post.    Shipping costs will be calculated by our integrated shipping calculator, and will show charges in the checkout procedure.

If you require your order to be shipped by a specific date, please indicate the date clearly when placing your order.  Due to a massive increase in online orders, we cannot guarantee rapid order shipping. Currently a 2‐8 week turnover for order processing may occur.  We endeavor to ship all orders as soon as we are able.  Back orders will be shipped upon arrival of items.

Returns:  No returns without prior authorization.  Any seed or order that is returned to us will be subject to a 15% re‐stocking charge.  Returns will only be accepted within a month of purchase in good condition (may be subject to germination test).  Packages must be unopened and unmarked, and must be returned with proof of purchase.  All other returns must be done within 30 days of purchase.

Credits on Invoices:  If there is a credit remaining on your invoice due to over‐payment, it can be used toward your next order.  It will be kept on your customer file and is automatically applied to the next order upon invoicing.  If you would prefer a refund, please let us know. Holidays: If you are gone for holidays at any time during the year, please notify the post office to hold your items, or indicate when you would like us to ship your order.  If a package is returned to us, there will be an additional shipping charge applied to resend the parcel as well as the Canada Post return to sender charge.
